Mô tả công việc

Finance:
Assist the Accounting department as needed in procurement procedures and contracts.
Prepare project quotations based on client requirements.
Design project proposals for bidding.
Receive client requests and communicate them to relevant functional departments for execution.
Business Development & Customer Services:
Maintain relationships with current clients and seek new clientele.
Main Duties & Functions:
Seek, build, maintain, and develop effective relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve company revenue goals.
Supervise and be responsible for key tasks in the research department such as research design, preparation of necessary project implementation documents, data analysis for reporting, presentation of report findings to clients, etc.
Establish research channels and identify suitable research methods and techniques for different market research fields to optimize costs while maintaining research quality.
Act as a liaison for conveying project information and requirements to all relevant functional departments.
Train and develop the researcher team to have sufficient capabilities to carry out projects in key market research areas.
Monitor, support, and coordinate with functional departments in project implementation to ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements.
Develop research and consulting packages to meet client demands in key market research areas such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, banking, finance, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and other consumer goods.
Produce PR articles in assigned research areas.
Training & Development:
Provide training and mentoring in professional expertise to subordinate staff in the research department.
Participate in advanced training courses in professional knowledge, management skills, and soft skills organized by the company.
Major Challengers:
Accumulate professional knowledge in market research and marketing fields.
Build and develop a capable researcher team for the company's future projects.
Achieve high client satisfaction with the company's market research activities.
Continuously update knowledge about the market, especially in key market research areas of the company such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, banking, finance, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and other consumer goods.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Knowledge:
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Knowledge of statistics, market research methodologies.
Understanding of various industries, especially automotive, pharmaceuticals, banking, finance, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and other consumer goods.
Skills:
Intermediate-level management skills.
Clear, articulate communication in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
Proficiency in English language skills equivalent to IELTS 7.0 in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Ability to read, understand, analyze data, and relate it to the market for actionable insights.
Time management, planning, and organization skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Attitude & Character:
Objective and honest, especially in handling and evaluating data.
High sense of responsibility and reliability.
Strong logical thinking skills.
Curiosity, continuous learning mindset to improve knowledge and skills.
