1. **Market Development:**
- Develop and implement market development plans, identify and explore potential customers and market opportunities.
- Conduct brand promotion and market development through online channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing).
- Participate in offline activities (e.g., industry exhibitions, seminars, client visits) to expand brand influence.
2. **Customer Maintenance:**
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers, conduct regular follow-ups to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain good communication with customers, follow up on orders and project progress to ensure customer requirements are met.
3. **Market Analysis:**
- Collect and analyze market data, research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor dynamics.
- Develop market research plans, conduct market research, generate analysis reports, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Use data analysis tools to monitor market activity effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.
4. **Brand Promotion:**
- Manage the company's website and social media platforms to increase online exposure and influence.
- Design and execute brand promotion activities, including advertising campaigns, brand partnerships, promotional events, etc.
- Create and manage brand content to ensure consistency of brand information and maintenance of brand image.
5. **Sales Support:**
- Assist the sales team in developing sales strategies and plans, providing market information and support.
- Analyze sales data, create sales forecasts and targets, monitor sales performance, and make adjustments as needed.
- Participate in sales training to enhance the team's marketing skills and product knowledge.
6. **Order Management:**
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on customer feedback to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Draft and execute order contracts, ensuring smooth progress of all stages (e.g., production, transportation, customs clearance) for timely delivery.
- Update and maintain order information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order tracking and coordination.
7. **Logistics and Customs Clearance:**
- Coordinate logistics to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods.
- Familiarize and handle customs clearance processes and related documents to ensure smooth customs operations.
8. **After-Sales Service:**
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues, providing professional solutions to maintain company reputation and customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback to continuously improve products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction.
9. **Financial Coordination:**
- Assist the finance department in following up and collecting accounts receivable to ensure timely payment recovery.
- Understand and master international trade settlement methods and financial processes to ensure transaction security and compliance.
10. **Other Duties:**
- Participate in internal training and meetings to continuously improve professional capabilities and comprehensive qualities.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., production, procurement, quality control) to ensure smooth foreign trade operations.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
