Position Summary:
The MarCom Executive is responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing and communication strategies to promote the club’s brand, enhance customer engagement, and drive patronage. This role involves creating content, managing social media accounts, coordinating marketing materials, and assisting in event promotions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing or communications, with excellent writing and social media skills, and a passion for the gaming and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the organization and promotion of club events, working closely with the Events & Promotions team to maximize exposure and attendance.
Manage daily social media activities, including posting content, engaging with the audience, and monitoring platform analytics to enhance online presence and engagement.
Assist in the development and execution of the club’s marketing communications plan, including digital marketing, public relations, and event promotions.
Create engaging and compelling content for various platforms such as the club’s website, social media channels, newsletters, and press releases.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely production of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications initiatives, providing insights for improvement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
Liaise with external partners, media, and vendors as needed to support marketing activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the entertainment, gaming, or hospitality industry.
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English required.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective marketing communications.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and basic graphic design software.
Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments.
2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the entertainment, gaming, or hospitality industry.
