Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead and manage the part-time content production team, ensuring quality and timely delivery of content that aligns with the marketing plan.
- Collaborate with Video Production and Designer teams to ensure the creation of compelling videos and images for promotional campaigns.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Create, produce, and manage engaging content for various social media channels (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok shop, e-commerce channels).
- Plan and execute content marketing strategies that are seasonally appropriate, with a focus on educational products.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Content Marketing campaigns, utilizing performance metrics from social media channels.
- Maintain and expand our presence on social media and other marketing platforms.
Strategic Planning & Analysis
-Research and analyze customer insights to optimize content quality and tailor marketing plans that suit our target audience.
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans to enhance brand recognition and drive sales.
- Support project management by analyzing market trends, researching competitors, and preparing reports as needed.
Partnership & SEO Management
- Propose, manage, and maintain relationships with KOLs/KOCs or external service providers.
- Assist in managing SEO and digital marketing efforts, including optimizing product listings and content for better visibility.
- Work with the teacher's account manager to identify the strengths/weaknesses of each teacher and implement marketing plans that students respond to.
Customer Support
- Provide customer support, including handling inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
