Mô tả công việc
1. Marketing Planning
- Be responsible for the overall marketing plan and strategy of Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi monthly, quarterly, seasonally and annually, including marketing theme, event, promotion.
- Work internally with team members; represent the team to coordinate information, cooperate with Sales Management team and other related departments in developing and analyzing mall’s operation plan in order to create effective plan with teammates.
2. Marketing Budget Controlling
- Collect payment within the team, therefore strictly supervise and control monthly marketing expenses based on yearly total budget.
- Create budget plan for each marketing category and divide monthly, quarterly to each team member in charge
- Report plans of budget and marketing execution periodically.
