Marketing Executive (Partnership)

Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi is currently seeking for a Marketing Executive (Partnership)
. This position is responsible for developing and managing affiliate partnerships with potential B2B partner with the aims to enhance the shopping experience of the customer.
1. Partnership
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, training and resources as needed.
- Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners through outreach, networking and relationship building.
- Monitor affiliate activity, performance and compliance with program guidelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on partnership program performance and key metrics.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clear terms and expectations.
- Analyze partnership performance data to identify trends, opportunities and other areas.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements.
2. Indoor-Outdoor Advertising
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers
- Negotiate and finalize advertising agreements, ensuring clear terms and expectations.
- Manage advertisement display on Lotte Mall’s digital signage (LED screens, Elevator DID, Kiosk), support tenant on promotion upload on Kiosk system…
- Recommend advertising strategies to target a specific region or demographic to increase advertising effectiveness
- Coordinate with the related department and vendor providing screens and management
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Manage digital signage rental fee from Lotte Mall’s advertising vendor
- Generate and submit sales reports to management
