- Planning, executing advertising & promotion campaigns
- Proactively driving initiatives to increase Synergix brand equity and market share
- Setting goals and direction for MKT department
- Setting KPI for each member of MKT team
- Recruiting and retaining new dme
- Oversee the whole team marketing activities

- Monthly salary 13+14

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
- Fluently in English communication, excellent in English writing. English equivalent to 6.5 IELTS or above
- Able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management/Marketing
- At least 1-2 year’s experience as a leader marketing is prefered
- Deep understanding of various marketing channels including website, paid search, paid social, SEO, SEM
