Mô tả công việc

Main Responsibilities
Manage ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing. Understand and engage with brand internal and external community.
Work directly with Board of Directors to make creative and strategy proposals with weekly reports.
Work with Kitchen, Operation, and FOH teams to devise an marketing campaign and strategies that meet the brief and budget. Respect the brand voice and brand guideline throughout all channels
that enable a shared understanding of that voice.
Design and implement CRM frameworks across all channels. Coordinate and optimize SEO and website performance in general.
Meet and liaise with stakeholders to discuss and identify the restaurant campaigns. Present the Branding and Marketing general activities, proposal, and spendings.
Manage Marketing team of 4 to coach and achieve monthly target of the 2 brands MAGURO Studio and their chain.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and leverage them to drive sales growth.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

2-3 years experience in marketing, with a must in F&B.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Excellent communication skills, ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
Digital savvy and food enthusiast in Japanese cuisine.
