Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Marketing Officer (AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary)
+ Work location:
AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary – No. 01 Binh Duong Boulevard, Binh Giao Quarter, Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong.
+ Working time:
On average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to:
Executive.
Job summary:
- Involve in developing AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary’s digital platforms. Take advantage of digital tools to reach and interact with online customers with the intent of generating traffic and sales based on the direction of Marketing team.
- Make plans and execute event promotions and marketing campaigns according to the Company and Shopping Center’s marketing strategy.
Detailed job description:
Digital Management
1. Plan and create social media content (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo) suitable for each platform and target customers.
2. Design images, banners, social posts according to brand guidelines, ensuring effective attraction and transmission of media content.
3. Make scripts and edit short videos (Reels, TikTok clips, etc.) up-to-date with ongoing trends to increase interactions.
4. Coordinate and supervise agencies to manage and improve the effectiveness of digital channels.
5. Cooperate with relevant departments and teams to ensure that communication strategy is synchronized with marketing campaigns.
6. Make periodical reports, propose solutions to improve digital platforms.
Event Management
1. Communicate and work closely with tenants and external partners to encourage their participation in marketing events in the Shopping Center (SC).
2. Perform administrative tasks (gift inventory report, RFA, payment, contracts, etc.) promptly and accurately.
3. Cooperate with team to create campaign proposals that attract customers to the SC and increase sales.
4. Coordinate and supervise suppliers to organize and deploy events, activities, and decorations in the SC, and ensure to bring to customers high-quality events, activities, and decorations.
5. Take charge of production of marketing materials such as POSM, gifts… for marketing campaigns and programs.
6. Cooperate closely with Digital team to effectively communicate marketing campaigns/ events.
7. Patrol and check events and decorations to ensure that they are properly prepared and displayed before and during operating time.
8. Work with tenants and external partners to call for sponsorship and cooperation agreements to resonate with marketing campaigns.
9. Survey the market and competitors to keep up-to-date and make reports.
10. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
