OFFLINE MARKETING
1 Check the market periodically (once a week) at the actual location: check PG's work quality, POSM status, price list, competitors …
2 Collect and analyze data to understand sales trend, promotion efficiency, marketing activities (=> report)
3 Co-work with agency/supplier to check quality of POSM (color, content, dimension, visual,…) to match the brief/plans
4 Execute events
5 Follow and manage the MKT budget
Take note of the budget using situation
ONLINE MARKETING
1 Follow with agency/designer to check social posts as plan: completed on time, match with brief (content, visual,…)
2 Arrange and schedule social posts on Fanpage
3 Upload, check content on website
Prepare paperwork and do payment on time for all MKT activities
