Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
● Campaign Development & Analysis:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and
conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate detailed, actionable reports to inform
strategy.
● Data Insight & Reporting:
- Translate complex data sets into clear insights and marketing recommendations.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace to streamline reporting and
collaboration.
● Digital Marketing & PPC Management:
- Assist in managing PPC advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing
Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Leverage data to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation.
● Marketing Automation & Design Support:
- Work with automation tools like Zapier, Customer.io, and HubSpot to improve marketing
efficiency.
- Support the design process by applying knowledge of design tools to enhance marketing
visuals and materials.
