Mô tả công việc

Brand Principal & Management
- Act as the contact point for overseas brand principals regarding marketing calendar, upcoming collections, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Develop the long-term growth strategy, maintenance, and management of brands within the Vietnam market.
- Support CMO and Marketing supervisors in developing brand strategies suitable for the target market, audience, and consumer insights.
- Follow the approval process for marketing activities as required by brand principals and provide regular updates.
- Ensure clear target audiences and appropriate marketing communication messaging for each brand.
- Manage a portfolio of fashion brands within Maison, including budget, calendar, and sales promotions.
- Coordinate with regional principles on brand integrity, growth, and performance.
Trade Marketing Campaigns
- Support brand supervisors and stores to drive sales through outstanding sales promotions and schemes.
- Serve as the contact point between marketing and brand supervisors for monthly sales promotions and schemes.
- Collaborate with non-competitive external brands to build partnerships for gift with purchase promotions.
- Manage the budget for trade market management, purchasing, and campaign execution.
- Oversee the printing, production, and rollout of POSM, posters, and other sales assets in stores.
- Coordinate trade marketing campaign communications via SMS, EDM, and online platforms.
OOH & Display Media
- Drive brand awareness within malls, stores, and high-traffic areas.
- Work with malls or OOH providers on budget, duration, and creative setup.
- Own the budget and execution of OOH and display media activities.
- Coordinate with Brand supervisors and Principals to update light boxes and visual merchandise in stores.
- Deliver POSM and posters to stores as required.
Corporate Partnerships
- Increase marketing distribution by building value-added partnerships to reach target client bases.
- Build partnerships with other companies to reach their client bases in a mutually beneficial way.
- Manage mechanics, negotiation, budget, and execution of partnership activities.
New Store Opening & Client Events
- Own the budget and supervise event setup, sourcing, and execution.
- Coordinate with the PR & Media team on event planning.
- Ensure smooth operation of events by coordinating with all involved parties.
In-Store Experience
- Update campaign visuals and assets in store light boxes.
- Support the delivery of an exceptional in-store client experience.
- Collaborate with brand supervisors to enhance the in-store client experience.
