Function/ Vai trò
Provide support to engineering and manufacturing to ensure that the technical integrity and performance of processes complies with the Iguacu’s requirements on GMP, HACCP and HSE. Initiate, drive, and coordinate any continuous improvement and implementation of new process/technologies .
Responsibilities and Duties/ Trách nhiệm và Nghĩa vụ
:
• Manage and coordinate the introduction and implementation of new process/technologies.
• Ensure that all the process equipment is hygienically designed and easy to clean thereby preventing such hazards as microbiological, chemical, and physical contamination.
• Manage and control of all data base related to process engineering.
• Drive the correction of process related product quality and/or operational performance deviations.
• Assist and promote in the development of a competent and effective workforce.
• Develop equipment design standard equipment, process, and executes the mechanical design tasks in line with legal requirement and regulations.
