Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Kỹ Sư Bảo Trì Cơ Khí

• Responsible for finding all possible repair solutions by the lowest cost in the shortest time.
• Responsible for ensuring examination of all equipment used in the maintenance of the factory machines and fix them before its operation, ensuring that all supervised employees are following the correct user manuals for the used tools.
• Responsible for the organization of the tasks, equipment, tools and employee under his responsibility.
• Responsible for arranging the machinery maintenance tasks, defining the daily assignments, preparing the work schedule according to the weekly production plans and present them to the Maintenance chief.
• Responsible for preparing the periodical maintenance schedules on the SAP system defining the time frame for the execution of those plan in co-ordination with the maintenance chief.
• Responsible to submit all the machines and equipment specification on the identification card on the SAP system.
• Responsible for monitoring all the maintenance and repair requests on the SAP System ensuring that all equipment are delivered in an efficient performing manner to the concerned department authorizing the delivery form on the SAP system by the department head and keeping the documents in the archive.
• Responsible for assigning the technical design department within the Maintenance division to draw the spare parts of the machines, maintain the stock of the spare parts and report all the information to the maintenance chief.
• Responsible for following up on the glue workshop, knives workshop, and mechanical workshops ordering its requirements related to the glue equipment from the technical warehouse.
• Responsible for following up on the maintenance requests on the SAP system and prepare the necessary reports to the maintenance chief.
• Responsible for follow up on the consistency of the Equipment failure cases via reviewing the SAP system and submitting them to the system at the end of the month responsible for the observation process and the effective solution preparation that will guarantee the prevention of the failure recurrence and send the relevant report to the maintenance chief about the importance of the renovation of those machinery.
• Responsible for preparing the cost studies for the maintenance functions performed.
• Responsible for the storage of the mechanical scrap within his working space, arranging them in proper places by categorizing them according to the normal procedures without mixture for its components prepare the necessary arrangements.
• Responsible for ISO Systems, documentations and paper works.
• Any other work assigned by direct manager.
• Compliance with HSE regulations
• Ensure that your team conform the QMS rules defined in procedures / instructions and train them accordingly.
• Initiate corrective action requests on QDMS when find non-compliances in processes and reply corrective action requests timely on QDMS.
• Attend all the QMS related trainings and communicate to your team as well.
• Work to achieve personal / department objectives.
• Participate in internal audits as an Auditor/Auditee
