Mechanical Maintenance Technician

• You are responsible for erection, installation and maintenance of factory systems
• You must prepare a yearly budget & forecast the estimated value of spares and machinery.
• You must prepare a preventive maintenance schedule for equipment’s/ machines and ensure timely service to minimize down time for equipment’s/ machines.
• You will conduct root cause analysis for all down time case to prevent reoccurrence of the problem.
• You must maintain and Repair HVAC, Air compressor, Generator, engine, hydraulic system and automation technology.
• Your responsibility for calibration Crane, fork lift, Air receiver, chain, sling, ladder, measuring tools etc.
• You will be Working with PM module in SAP
• You will maintenance civil work.
• You are quality process owner for facility and safety.
• You are responsible for training staff and operators for maintenance job and safety.
• You will cooperate with electrical for power supply.
