1. Manage Gas Park, HVAC, Air Compressor, weighting & lifting
• Deep dive in the systems, looking for improvement potentials and system stability
• Manage the systems in order to NO loss time to production, foreseen the issue and do preventive actions
• Making Cost forecast frequency.
• Do troubleshooting, create/ revise WI and inform to operators.
• Collaboration with other Depts for Revise/ Renew contracts
2. Engineering support to O&M Team.
• Build up system specification
• Build up standard for Conditioning & Operation
• Programmed Preventative Maintenance and Mandatory Services
• Conduct Audit for system O&M
• Keep updating for system capacity, schematic, load schedule
3. Project and Engineering support for projects
• Create system overview, material specifications
• Project hook-up concept, hook up standard, regulation.
• Qualify the implementing result, testing and taking over
• Support to Project Site Management.
4. Drive CO2 Reduction
• Coordination with CO2 Plant Coordinator.
• Planning & Monitoring CO2 reduction plan at MSE3
• Collaboration with MSE3 CO2 coordinator for proposal CO2 reduction
5. Problem solving and improvement
• Run PSS and S-CIP for aligned topic case by case
• Take lead on mechanical failure in FCM area
6. Document control & Lean
• Manage the flow of document within FCM2 team
• Conduct sharing, document implementation needed in FCM2
7. Other task assigned by manager
