MEP Quantity Surveyor (MEP QS)

Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates for Plumbing, ACMV, and Electrical (MEP) works, including unit rate buildup.
• Obtain quotations from subcontractors/suppliers and prepare cost comparisons.
• Maintain and update the cost database regularly.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on tender drawings and specifications.
• Raise queries to consultants/clients to clarify tender documents and resolve missing information.
• Compile tender reports and provide recommendations for contract awards.
• Prepare letters of acceptance and contract documents.
• Conduct site valuations and measurements.
• Attend client, consultant, and site meetings.
• Prepare interim payments, variation orders, and final accounts.
Trách nhiệm:
• Lập dự toán chi phí cho hệ thống ống nước, thông gió, điều hòa không khí (HVAC) và điện (MEP), bao gồm xây dựng đơn giá.
• Mời báo giá từ nhà thầu phụ/nhà cung cấp và lập bảng so sánh giá.
• Quản lý và cập nhật cơ sở dữ liệu chi phí thường xuyên.
• Lập bảng khối lượng (BOQ) dựa trên bản vẽ và hồ sơ mời thầu.
• Đặt câu hỏi với tư vấn/chủ đầu tư để làm rõ hồ sơ mời thầu và thu thập thông tin thiếu.
• Lập báo cáo đánh giá hồ sơ thầu và đề xuất phương án trao thầu.
• Chuẩn bị thư trúng thầu và hồ sơ hợp đồng.
• Đo bóc khối lượng và đánh giá công việc tại công trường.
• Tham gia các cuộc họp với khách hàng, tư vấn và các bên liên quan.
• Lập hồ sơ thanh toán tạm ứng, phát sinh và quyết toán.
