Job Objective:
- Ensure material availability according to production progress.
- Follow up customer orders from beginning to end and ensure on-time shipment.
- Complete other tasks as instructed by the Head of Department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Consolidate all necessary details for costing and send to all related parties.
- Daily communication with the Business Unit in Israel via email/phone call.
- Following up on order status.
- Creating Time and Action (T&A) plans.
- Checking/reviewing customer's manuals and requirements from sample development, testing, to shipments.
- Sending material lists to purchasing and following up on material in-house.
- Sending weekly order status reports to the Business Unit Manager.
- Summarizing and planning open Customer Orders (CO) upon receiving new orders.
- Creating trim cards for new styles/colors.
- Checking cost sheets.
- Approving Packing Lists (PL) and test invoices before shipment.
- Updating order and raw material status for each order to planning and highlighting any affected orders.
- Working with customers to obtain order-related information, such as order quantities and technical standards.
- Working with related departments to prepare necessary production information, such as raw color sheets, technical documents, and packing instructions.
- Updating Work in Progress (WIP) to customers weekly.
- Sending samples as required by each customer and for each order.
- Sending 3rd party inspection bookings according to customer requests.
- Ensure material availability according to production progress.
