Merchandiser (PO Management/ Garment Industry)

- Manage production process including Order Recap creation, Purchase Order management.
- Responsible for data accuracy & Completeness of data fed into the system.
- Communicate with buyer for Purchase Order discrepancy.
- Recap booking status and shipment status weekly and Report to the production manager.
- Connect with Operation team to match up data.
- Take the lead in resolving any potential or current Purchase Order issue to minimize the impact and manage on-time delivery.

- GTN] SCMS PO ASSIGN TO CORRECT FACTORY
- SMEE] PCL REQUEST FOLLOW UP
- ERP] ORDER RECAP - EXCEL RECAP SHARE TO FACTORY
- WEEKLY BOOKING STATUS CHECK
- SMEE] MST SERVICE REQUEST FOR CD TRANSMISSION
- WEEKLY SHIPMENT STATUS CHECK
