Position: Head of Modern On Trade (MOT)
Report to: National Sales Director
JOB SUMMARY
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to enhance brand image, increase market share, and listin.
- Develop the customer network in the assigned area.
- Data mindset drive promotion and visitation plan
- Be responsible for attaining turnover target according to company business development strategy within assigned areas/channels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Business & customer management:
• Develop MOT Strategy: Formulate and implement the MOT strategy to align with and deliver on the overarching sales strategy set by the sales management team.
• Strategic Sales Planning: Oversee the development and management of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, ensuring alignment with targets for sales volume, turnover, and account coverage.
• Marketing Collaboration: Strategically collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute activation plans that effectively penetrate new accounts/channels and sustain key brand equity.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide high-level strategic advice to direct managers on sales planning and client performance, ensuring informed decision-making and optimal resource allocation.
• Partnership Development: Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with existing and potential partners, utilizing business entertainment events as key opportunities for engagement and relationship-building.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of customer service in addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, fostering a culture of customer-centricity throughout the organization.
2. Account management:
• Master Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with PR Asia to strategically negotiate and develop master contracts with Global key accounts operating as a Group.
• Single Contract Negotiation: build and propose the effective contract with key MOT accounts to win, retain and defend PRVN’s key accounts.
• Network Expansion: Continuously identify and expand the network of key accounts across Vietnam, leveraging strategic insights and market opportunities.
3. Manage and collect the receivables.
• Implement and supervise the timely collection of the receivables
• Propose the solutions for overdue debts
4. Expense and Customer Investment Management:
• Operational Efficiency: Control and monitor the efficiency of operating expenses and customer investments national.
• Financial Balance: Ensure a strategic balance between expenses and revenue to maintain financial health and profitability.
5. Business Information & Intelligence
• Market Insights: Provide monthly market information and sales reports to National Sales Director, delivering strategic insights and data.
• Data Coordination: Coordinate with the Commercial Planning Team to ensure accurate and timely sales reports and market intelligence are available for the Board of Management.
6. Customer Relationship Management
• Strategic Engagement: Plan and implement strategic visits to customer sites, fostering strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Customer Inquiry Resolution: Handle and respond to customer inquiries and complaints strategically, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Relationship Development: Organize and implement initiatives to develop and maintain close bonds with existing and potential customers.
• Bartender community build: have strong network or be able to build strong network with bartender community in MOT channel across nationwide. Work with Marketing to build effective activation platform to maximize the support of this community
7. Internal Sales Procedure Development.
• Review existing processes and develop new internal procedures to enhance and sustain high-quality customer service
8. Cross-Departmental Coordination.
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing and Marketing to ensure the right activation to the trade as well as set the right KPI to measure the team impact.
• Coordinate with Commercial Planning/Finance to monitor the investment as well as potential opportunity
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely product supply and meet customer demands efficiently.
9. Implement and develop cost-saving initiatives.
• Establish and implement initiatives to improve the work process to enhance the efficiency of the job.
• Supervise the use of the company’s assets in the most cost-saving manner.
10. People Management
• Talent Development: Propose and implement development plans for succession employees, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct periodic evaluations of employee performance and job results, providing feedback and recommendations.
• Training & Development: Conduct internal training on products and work processes to enhance team performance.
