Principle duties:
NOC Operator should have a good familiarity with modern infrastructure monitoring tools, should have experience in logs reading and root cause analysis. The person in this position should be familiar and have a general understanding of VMware, AWS, Windows, Linux and Network technologies.
Responsibilities
- Follow the pre-defined checklist to solve the issue/incident
- Co-operate with other members to escalate application/system problems to determine their origin; then apply the appropriate solution
- Monitor network and system 24x7x365
- Experience with ticketing platform such as ManageEngine
- Create shift activity report, incident report and RCA documentation.
- Other duties as assigned by Direct Manager and ITBP
- Create and maintain daily system status report
- Follow ISMS/ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 14000 procedure, policies and company regulations
- Troubleshooting, analyzing problems and addressing network and system events
- Working time: Tue - Fri: 8:00 - 17:48, Sat: 13:12 - 23:00 (OFF: Mon, Sun)
