Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Xuất Nhập Khẩu/ Logistics Staff/ Export & Import Documentation Officer

1. EXPORT :
- Work with vendors to arrange trucking suitably
- Receive booking from customers, arrange booking with carriers / airlines
- Send pre-alert to oversea agent and make debit note or credit note for customers/agents or overseas and other related ops reports in need.
- Receive document from customers and make B/L.
- Contact carrier and co-loader for schedule if any
- Check all export shipments with OP team to make and send statement to customers for confirmation.
- Send draft B/L and get confirmation for final B/L from customers
- Resolve the matter appear when cargo have damaged
- Other duties will be assigned by Vietnamese/Korean Manager.
2. IMPORT
- Check and send shipping advice (draft BL, MBL, Invoice, Packing list) to customer and get confirmation if information is correct or not.
- Input all related document into software
- Get arrival notice from carrier
- Update all status on software
- File manifest for all import shipments and issue D/O for customers on time
- Check with OPS team about delivery status and D/O delivery status for every shipment
- Make debit note , credit note for customers/agents
- Perform other tasks assigned by Vietnamese Manager/Korean Manager
- Check D/N from carrier and oversea if it’s correct or not
- Receive shipping advice from oversea
- Can work for Smart Network Logistics Co., Ltd immediately

Basic salary + allowance: negotiable based on ability. 13th month salary bonus and bonus based on business performance

English, Economics, Export Import, Forwarding, Chinese Speaking
