Assistance of senior team member: Support the Senior Digital Media team member with daily tasks, campaign planning, and reporting. Assist with paid media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram
Analytics: Work with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and analyse campaign performance, reporting key metrics and making recommendations.
Monitoring and reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization to maximiSe ROI
Testing and optimisations: Collaborate on A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative ad formats to improve campaign effectiveness
Execution of digital media campaigns: Execute and optimise paid media campaigns on the Google network, including Google Ads (Search, Display) and YouTube.
Learning and development: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital media and advertising

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Experience in display advertising, paid search, and video advertising is essential.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, specifically Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in paid digital advertising, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Display, Video, and social media advertising.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (desirable but not essential).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiar with paid digital media metrics such as ROAS, CPB, CPA, CPC, CPCV
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving goals.
