Mô tả công việc
- Plan to implement after-sales services (repair, maintenance, calibration of equipment)
- Prepare reports, build technical service implementation procedures
- Provide technical support to customers at the factory (Installation, guidance, troubleshooting)
- Collect & Learn about the technical parameters of equipment, testing and measuring machines, other industrial equipment to support Sales and Logistics (Import-Export)
- Other technical service tasks as required, details will be discussed during the interview
- Prepare reports, build technical service implementation procedures
- Provide technical support to customers at the factory (Installation, guidance, troubleshooting)
- Collect & Learn about the technical parameters of equipment, testing and measuring machines, other industrial equipment to support Sales and Logistics (Import-Export)
