Mô tả công việc

Build and maintain strong relationships with big clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and assistance throughout the sales process and beyond.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and recommend best solutions to address them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales success.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Track and analyze sales performance and activity, maintaining accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM software.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings and address any questions or concerns from clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within ecommerce, logistics or express.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially in Microsoft Powerpoint) and CRM software.
Presentation and negotiation skills.
Good communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
