I.Description the main duties of the position:
Control product quality and food safety in factory and warehouse standards at warehouse site
1.Roles and responsibilities:
Quality control in Factory
- Sampling and checking incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual/ measurement test and
rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Sampling and checking finish product by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
- Sampling and checking in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests and communicating the required adjustments to the Production.
- Document and update inspection results by completing daily records
- Report to QC Supervisor/ QA Manager/ Factory Manager whenever there’s any non-conformities or abnormal.
- Inspect production line and check products as quality plan during production and record
- Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instruction.
- Re-turn products for rework if needed and complete document to confirm re-work.
- Taking sample for swap test and checking cleaning effectiveness of machine
Non-conforming products and Customer complaints:
- Support QA team to check non-conformity products or complained products from Customer returned to Factory
- Propose correction for them and report to QC supervisor/ QA Manager.
Pest control at Factory
- Conduct pest control inspection as pest control procedure
- Work with VFC and Factory to solve the problems on pest control
Other tasks: implement as requested by QA Manager
2. KPI to be achieved (Identify 3 to 8 KPI to be achieved & rank by importance)
- Support to solve problems as soon as possible.
- Ensure product quality is maintained as confirmed specification and Company regulation
- Ensure all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status
- Follow up corrective actions of defective products (if any) at Factory until it is finished
- Ensure deliver right product quality to Customers
- Report on time and fully update the report on QA database.
- Ensure pest control activities of VFC are monitoring and effective

II. Requirement
- College graduated or above - food technology or relevant fields
- Understand ISO9001:2015 and HACCP will be an advantage
- At least 1 year working related to QC
- Be a responsible person
- Good use of Office especially excel for statistic report and database management
- Have a skill to analysis root causes and problem solving
- Honest and Enthusiasm
- Competent on writing skills
- Good English: reading, writing, speaking
- A team player
- Good communication skills
- College graduated or above - food technology or relevant fields
