Be the main project QA with foreign customers.
Planning phase
Work with Project Managers to customize or tailor the project process or project quality target
Review the project input and planning documents
Executing & Monitoring phase
Detect and forecast risks and issues as quality assurance view-point
Do tracking the implementation of quality plan while the project is running
Consult and support about quality management while the project is running
Do quality review, final inspection and the others as QA plan
Review the correctness of project data
Closing
Evaluate the post-mortem report, CSS and the other project results.
Review the correctness of project data
Join to improve the process of projects, department or corporation
Join some quality management programs and activities of QA department

Knowledge
Have an IT background
Knowledge of testing or project management is an advantage
Deep understanding of quality management and quality assurance
In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum, iteration or hybrid working models
Having a certificate in Quality Assurance or Testing or Project management is an advantage
Expertise/Skills:
Demonstrate understanding and customization of processes and checklists for software projects
Demonstrate the ability to be independent and proactive in supporting and controlling project processes
Ability to team work with project team and other departments
Experience reviewing project documents, including management and engineering
Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and create quality reports
Persuasive communication ability
Knowledge or experience working with at least 1 CMM-I or SPICE or ISO process standard or similar is an advantage
Foreign languages
English: Able to understand English process or IT books (Read and understand specialized documents). Fluently English speaking is an advantage.
Japanese: Japanese is an advantage (Knowing Japanese is an advantage)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance position
