Nhân Viên Thiết Kế 3D (Đi Làm Ngay)

• Lĩnh vực chính: nội thất, ngoại thất, cảnh quan,...
- Am hiểu bố trí không gian, lựa chọn màu sắc, hệ thống chiếu sáng, nguyên vật liệu, tùy chỉnh đồ nội thất và lắp đặt.
- Khảo sát hiện trạng công trình, vẽ thiết kế chi tiết công trình nội thất, chi tiết đồ đạc, triển khai bản vẽ kĩ thuật nội thất phục vụ thi công (khi công ty yêu cầu).
- Triển khai concept 3D.
- Lập bản vẽ chi tiết đã được phê duyệt phục vụ thi công và sản xuất & Lập dự toán hạng mục.
- Hiểu biết về các biện pháp thi công theo ý tưởng thiết kế được đưa ra;
- Hiểu biết về vật liệu ngành nội thất.
- Vẽ đúng chi tiết kết cấu sản phẩm và ghi chi tiết đầy đủ các thông số và vật liệu cụ thể trong bản vẽ kỹ thuật.
- Đọc, hiểu, triển khai bản vẽ ME.
- Phản hồi, tư vấn ngược lại cho Bộ phận thiết kế các chi tiết thiết kế chưa hợp lý nhằm thống nhất bản vẽ thiết kế, giải pháp kỹ thuật, giải pháp quy cách tiêu chuẩn.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý và ban lãnh đạo
• Main fields: interior, exterior, landscape,...
- Understanding of materials for the furniture industry.
- Survey the current status of the project, draw detailed interior designs, furniture details, and develop interior technical drawings for construction (when the company requests).
- Deploy 3D concept
- Prepare approved detailed drawings for construction and production & Prepare item estimates.
- Understanding of construction methods according to proposed design ideas;
- Understand space layout, color selection, lighting system, materials, furniture customization and installation.
- Draw correct details of product structure and fully detail specific parameters and materials in technical drawings.
- Read, understand, and deploy ME drawings.
- Feedback and advice to the Design Department on unreasonable design details to unify design drawings, technical solutions, and standard specification solutions.
- Perform other tasks as requested by Management and leadership

• Đã tốt nghiệp cao đẳng/ đại học, các trung tâm đào tạo chuyên ngành thiết ngành nội thất, kiến trúc, cảnh quan.
• Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí nhân viên 3D kiến trúc
• Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ và plugin hỗ trợ: Sketchup/ 3d Max Vray-Corona hoặc Chaos Vantage, Photoshop, Autocad, Lumion....
• Nắm rõ các loại vật liệu, chất liệu trong diễn họa.
• Có khả năng tư duy thẩm mỹ tốt, ưu tiên diễn họa nội thất tốt.
• Sáng tạo, chăm chỉ, có khả năng tìm tòi và tự nghiên cứu.
• Nhiệt tình, sáng tạo, tinh thần làm việc tập thể, kỹ năng thuyết trình, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, phân bổ công việc.
• Nhanh nhẹn, cẩn thận và chi tiết, vẽ đúng chi tiết kết cấu.
• Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, kỷ luật, quý trọng thời gian, có tính chủ động cao trong công việc.
• Có khả năng giám sát mỹ thuật tại công trình và hỗ trợ phòng kinh doanh tư vấn mỹ thuật cho khách hàng.
• Có định hướng phát triển gắn bó lâu dài với công ty.
• Biết tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
• Graduated from college/university, specialized training centers in interior design, architecture, and landscape.
• Have at least 3 years of experience as an architectural 3D staff
• Proficient in using supporting tools and plugins: Sketchup/ 3d Max Vray-Corona or Chaos Vantage, Photoshop, Autocad, Lumion...
• Understand clearly the types of materials and textures in illustration.
• Have good aesthetic thinking ability, prioritize good interior visualization.
• Creative, hardworking, capable of exploring and self-studying.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, teamwork spirit, presentation skills, good communication skills, time management skills, and task allocation skills.
• Agile, careful and detailed, drawing correct structural details.
• Have a high sense of responsibility, discipline, value time, and be highly proactive in work.
• Ability to supervise art at construction sites and support the sales department in providing art advice to customers.
• Knowing English is an advantage.
