(Non-Life Insurance) Risk Management Senior Executive

1. Review, update and implement Risk Management Framework:
- Regular review, update and implement Risk Management Framework.
- Collaborate with all departments in the Company to propose/update Key Risk indicators and perform regular monitoring of the indicators.
- Collaborate with all departments in the Company to report incidents, update and manage incidents data and follow up the implementation of action plans until the incidents are closed.
- Perform control testing to test the efficiency of existing controls.
- Collaborate with all departments in the Company to perform planned or ad-hoc Risk identification and Risk Assessment activities; support Risk owners to design and test controls to manage risks.
- Propose analytical solutions to enhance the governance and operational compliance controls.
2. Promote risk culture and awareness in the Company
- Prepare material and organize training/sharing sessions to enhance risk culture and risk awareness in the Company.
- Prepare periodical communication materials (monthly/quarterly) to educate/ raise staff’s awareness about risks.
3. Business Continuity Management
- Compile/ update documents regarding Business Continuity Management.
- Perform activities to review preparation and/or ensure business continuity.
- Support Head of Risk Management to work with departments to response to incidents which impact the Company’s business continuity.
4. Other duties and assignments that may be instructed by the superior from time to time.
