Aim - Brief overview of position purpose. Why does the position exist? What is the overall purpose of the position? – WHY?
Provide highest quality brand “Marketing Collateral” for AFG brands based on requirements from internal marketing and operations teams in a timely manner to the highest standards whilst upholding brand guidelines.
Key Accountabilities –Three to five main areas of responsibility of this position, or “buckets of work.” – WHAT
1. Marketing collateral
2. Quality control of final production
3. Ongoing development of AFG Vietnam’s visual brand positioning

1. Marketing collaterals
1.1. Produce incredible creative work both graphic designs and video based on specific applications including, but not limited to menus, social media content, food product packaging, etc...
1.2. Create concepts that help evolve AFG brands and their favourability within the marketplace.
1.3. Capture photos and video and retouching/editing as needed, to fit design briefs.
1.4. Follow and evolve our brand guidelines for each brand to maintain quality compliance and ensure our branding and design principles are evolving proactively with trends.
1.5. Liaise with internal marketing content teams and restaurant operations teams and endeavour to provide them with the best possible support, in terms of both quality and timeliness.
2. Quality control of final production
2.1. Maintain quality control of all visual content and support the design strategy and execution.
2.2. Communicate and follow up with suppliers, to ensure professional and timely final products.
2.3. Manage timelines and project briefs efficiently and ensure deadlines are met and well communicated.
3. Other duties as required to support the Marketing Department
Undertake other duties from time to time as required by the Marketing Manager and/or Chain of Command.
