Mô tả công việc

Gather and consolidate necessary documents and reports from other departments upon request.
Assist the CEO and BODs members during business trips, focusing on logistical and administrative support.
Provide comprehensive administrative support and handle a variety of ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Facilitating communication between the CEO and other departments
Manage and organize the CEO‘s business trips, including all associated logistical and administrative tasks.
Perform translation and interpretation tasks (Vietnamese to English and vice versa) when required.
And other tasks as assigned by the CEO Office

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

1-2 years of experience in Personal Assistant, office administration, or interpretation roles (best suited for candidates who are early in their careers and eager to enhance their skills & knowledge)
Graduated from university with a bachelor’s degree in English Language or a related field is an advantage.
Experience in the life insurance industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in English
Strong communication skills with attention to detail, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Korean language skills are a plus.
