• Office Management:
-
Manage the office of a busy international law and accounting firm in the city center of District 1
- Control and perform filing of office documentation
- Constantly look for ways to improve performance and efficiency in the office
- Control administrative expenses
- Prepare periodical reports to authorities
- Coordination with third parties, office suppliers, etc.
- Provide regular reports on several topics including administrative expenses, HR and administration
- Manage other administration staffs
- Coordinate with internal and external IT support to solve operational IT matters of the office and staff.
• Accounting and Billing:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Working with internal client database and prepare monthly billing and invoices to clients
- Assist the accounting team with financial reporting and budgeting
• Human Resources:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
- Support staff with HR-related queries and issues
