The position is responsible for the entire process of new business development activities in Onsite/Pipeline gas Business, implementing business plan in accordance with the company’s business strategy and objectives. In addition, the position should maintain existing customer to improve customer satisfaction and closely interact with operations team for commercial affairs to achieve targeted sales/profitability.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
New Business Development + Market Intelligence (45%)
- Lead customer interactions, technical clarifications, and commercial negotiations to finalize contracts
- Building/ maintaining relationship with key industrial parks/ basins and local authorities
- Define new Onsite/Pipeline gas business opportunities
- Maintain relationship with potential customers
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market and technical/economic trends of the related markets and competitors
Internal approval process for new business/ customers (25%)
- Evaluate the economics of the project
- Facilitate internal project decision making process; Prepare and present the documents for internal project review for investment decision
- Track the spending of the investment and ensure completion on time and on budget
Existing customer management (30%)
- Manage commercial matters and coordinate technical issues arisen from existing contract
- Handle daily/monthly issues and works with existing customers
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze business result and continue to improve profitability with operation department
