Candidate needs to carry-out the following activities in Vietnam for Pre-Legal/amicable settlement following strictly the Vietnamese Laws /Rules in this regard.
a. To contact Vietnamese company (ies) who may be liable to pay outstanding dues to the clients of our client (MNS).
b. Conduct Basic Search and trace the debtor company and aquire its contact details using various tools/website available in Vietnam.
c. Contact the debtor through phone calls and otherwise for amicable settlement and resolution of debts between such debtor and its creditor under the guidance & approval from Head office.
d. Contact and coordinate with the decision maker in the debtor company to arrive at settlement on amicable terms out of court.
e. Visit and meet the debtors for out of court settlement as professional representative / mediator on behalf of Creditor.
