Operation Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing fluent inspection service and accurate reports to clients.
1. Coordinate inspection schedule with client / factory and allocate inspectors to sites properly.
2. Review documents before proceeding inspection and provide correct instructions to inspectors.
3. Report immediately to clients and head office if any disturbance comes out during inspection.
4. After reviewing documents and inspection reports, make decision whether the result is satisfied.
NOTE:
Operation coordinator of our office would be available to proceed inspections in person too.
Product safety certification (EAC -Eurasian Economic Union) works will also be handled after proper training of Head office.
Eurasian Conformity (EAC) certification demonstrates that your products meet the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)'s regulations and standards for customs clearance and training. Today, there are nearly 44 applicable certification and declaration schemes in the EAEU. An EAC certificate is essential for importing consumer products and industrial equipment into the EAEU. It demonstrates compliance with heal and safety legislation.
We are looking for Fresher/Entry level candidates and also experienced candidates.
