AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.
Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Operation Deputy Manager in AEON MALL Thanh Hoa.
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week but not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays
+ Report to: General Manager/ Senior Manager
+ Working location: Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province
+ Main function: Responsible for smooth functioning and operation of the shopping mall covering Administration & Training, Facility & Security, and Accounting
1. Manage operation plan with Facility & Security team and supplier to ensure safety, smooth operation of shopping mall and cost effectiveness (20%)
2. Manage Administration team for office management in controlling office supplies, develop and implement related policies and procedures to ensure office operating smoothly and compliance with company's regulation (20%)
3. Supervise Training team to conduct training courses for tenant's staff to ensure they understand well the services culture, mall's regulation and improve their soft skills. (20%)
4. Control customer voices, coordinate with related parties to handle critical feedback from customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and record fully customer voices data to evaluate for the needed improvement. (10%)
5. Manage tenant's sale to limit cheating from tenants and ensure sale reports are input accurately into the system of company. (10%)
6. Control all tenant's related documents, ensure all monthly settlements are completed on time and accuracy. (10%)
7. Provide summary reports and make proposals for management. Ensure effective budget management. (5%)
8. Other tasks as assigned. (5%)
