Mô tả công việc

- The role works alongside the Thanh Xuân Company and is a person who have excellent general knowledge of operation in both pre-opening and operational stages of properties under the Hospitality Division in the Thanh Xuan project life cycle. Ensure the implementation of system setup and operation standards equivalent to InterContinental and prioritize towards achieving Forbes 5-star standards
- Club manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of properties under the Hospitality Division in the Thanh Xuan project. Task with ensuring that everything is running smoothly and that all guests are having a positive experience. This includes managing staff, scheduling shifts, handling payroll, and making sure that equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
Main Duties:
- Lead team in resolve incident and problem happen during operation
- Immediately co-operate with other department to solve the problem effective meet guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple projects & work independently
- Lead the team of department heads in developing and implementing expansion strategies for the Clubhouse area according to the plan approved by the BOD.
- Prepare weekly, monthly reports
- Co-operate with other department to set a target, direction and make a business plan appropriate with the market
- Participate in the consultation process and directly execute events at the Clubhouse area
- Control maintain progress, equipment, fix assets
- Catch up & support for other employee to improve their service
- Coordinate with other departments to build up job descriptions, standard` procedures and professional instructions for each job position.
- Handling the finances of the establishment to ensure that it operates within budget guidelines
- Reviewing reports on sales data, demographic information about customers, and other data to make business decisions about marketing strategies and staffing
- Implement changes, revise standard if need
- Liaise with Marketing department to develop marketing/promotional campaign.
-Handle and provide consultation on the implementation of other tasks related to the properties under the Hospitality Division at the Thanh Xuan - Vinh Phuc project as directed by the BOD
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree of Business in hospitality or related field + A minimum of one to two years of experience in a related role.
• 5 years of operational experience across a variety hotels preferred. Min 3 years of relevant experience at the same capacity and working experience in Food Court.
• Conflict Resolution, Communication, Problem-solving, Organization, Customer service, Negotiation, Critical thinking, Detail-oriented.
• Customer service, Hospitality, Residential Management, Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills, Team Player
• Excellent communication skills, task manager driven.
• Ability to speak English/ Vietnamese in order to build and maintain good relationship with English, Vietnamese speaking customers/suppliers/vendors );
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
