Operation Officer

Manage the appointment booking system for customers (including the contacts, appointment schedules, treatment services, ...) effectively to optimize the clinic’s operational productivity while ensuring the best experience for guests and products at the Clinic.
Handling all phone calls to the clinic
Ordering and monitoring supplies as needed
Scheduling appointments for clients in the CRM and maintaining them as required.
Other tasks as required by the Management Board
Cashiering & invoice issuing, preparing daily report
Welcoming guests to the clinic, responding to their inquiries
6 days/week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM/ Sunday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (off 01 day /week excluding Saturday and Sunday)

College/University degree with a major in Business Administration, Hospitality, English, or any related fields
1 year experience in Front desk, Customer services, Telesales,... Preference is given to those with work experience in Hospitality services, skincare centers, and beauty salons.
