Mô tả công việc
1. Operations
- All orders given shall be planned accordingly
- Route planning (Local)
- Orders to planned while truck allocation to be utilized accordingly
- Planning for maintenance
- Data entry
- Make cross border report, debit note to group’s company trip, raise Pr and aggregate invoices from vendors..
2. Customer Experience
- Prompt collection and deliveries
- Make documents TWB,AN,POD…of the shipment
- Check custom declaration, customs procedures with customers and vendors
- To communicate with customer to obtainer more orders
- Minimize order rejection
- Track the shipping process and update.
3. Others / Reporting
- To prepare necessary operational and customer reports
- Any other task as assigned by the management
