Carrying out assigned task from BLAAU office, including:
• Coordinate with vendors, Authorities and colleagues in Australia via email communication and phone conversation.
• Prepare daily vessel line up
• Handle vessel's husbandry jobs
• Categorize, upload invoices from vendors into correct vessel folder on SharePoint and register same on Account System (Xero)
• Input and submit Final Disbursement Account on Company Internal System (Port360)
• Record FDA balance on Account System (Xero) & Port Call Register (Excel Sharepoint)
• Handle vessel's cargo calls
• Any other tasks assigned by BLAAU Manager
