Operations Efficiency Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The Operations Efficiency Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization, including formulating cinema support center strategy, improving performance, data & technology analyst transformation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operation General Service
• Responsible for ensuring that the required quality, safety, hygiene and environmental standards are implemented, maintained and improved under CGV standard
• Control & set up cleaning & safety budget for cinema sites operation in alignment with top down budget set up
• Lead VOC center to manage daily operation of CGV customer service hub by collaborating with internal and external departments for the design and ongoing development of customer experience
• Monitor all daily cinema operation support activities to ensure on time coaching & giving solutions to ensure smooth & profitable sites development.
2. Data & platform transformation
• Maintaining CGV management systems and databases with daily, weekly & monthly report
• Ticket price control & set up under CGV application to ensure proper POS installation
• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency
• System development & innovation to improve productivity under cost & control direction.
• Online & digital transformation platform revenue generating strategic planning & execution for CGV Cinema operation
3. Strategic budget planning
• Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
