Operations Executive

The Operations Executive (OE) is an integral part of the Operations team at JD Tours. At the core of our work is making our clients fall in love with our efficiency, organisation, and punctuality and going above and beyond to ensure clients have the best experience while in Vietnam. The OE has an excellent relationship with our local partners in Vietnam and can work independently to ensure itineraries are operated correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct oversight of all requests for bookings/reservations and confirmations with suppliers.
• Oversee local guide recruitment, rostering, and manage and execute in conjunction with other staff.
• Briefing assigned guides and drivers before the start of tours.
• Handle the operations hotline, on a roster basis, and conduct courtesy calls.
• Preparation of confirmed services of each file from the Inbound team.
• Provide and update any change of service of client in-house.
• Record, confirm, and prepare service of booked optional tours.
• Update and finalize the actual service and cost of each file to the accounting team.
• Book or reconfirm to supplier/vendor of required service of each file.
• Prepare and collect filled questionnaire by clients from guides.
• Receive the guide report on the actual cost of operation and report it to our accounting team.
• To prepare, provide and reconfirm specific services required.
• Other specific assigned tasks by Manager or GM.

Salary review once a year.
