*Daily Operations:
• Handle Remittance transaction
• Handle correspondence charges settlement
• Handle sending document to customer by postal mail/email
• Reconcile the transaction processed during the day
• Take part in the implementation of the team/department’s operational plans
• Other duties assigned by DH & Management.
*Bank’s project participation:
• Prepare and manage test cases and check points
• Perform User Acceptance Test for operation systems
• Keep up to date with progress of testing tasks and ensure testing recorded is maintained
• Perform data migration task
• Support in preparing user manual/internal procedure.
