Overseas Market Manager / Giám Đốc Xuất Khẩu Thị Trường Mỹ

Build an export department and develop a strategy to export electric cars to international markets (US, Europe, Japan). Responsible for the department's operations and performance to the Company's Board of Directors.
Specific tasks:
- Build and develop projects to bring the company's products into the market (Golf carts, sightseeing cars).
- Monitor, learn, analyze, and research the international electric vehicle market developments.
- Research and build distribution channels in the international market for the company's electric cars.
- Build an international export department. This includes structure, human resources, and operational organization.
- Assess market potential, to develop appropriate market development orientations and policies for the current and future periods.
- Research, monitor and understand the transaction history of customers and partners who have business relationships with the enterprise.
- Make a market development plan according to brand development orientation and the company's set sales level for all products the company is currently trading.
- Combine with sales and marketing departments to organize the implementation of market development plans, including: promotions, displays,...
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Fully comply with the company's meeting schedule and reports
About Thai Hung:
Thai Hung is a pioneering startup company in the electric vehicle industry. The company's strategy focuses on small electric vehicles, with complete implementation capabilities from product research and development to manufacturing, sales network, and expansion applications. This strategy maximally meets the market trends in Vietnam and aligns with the latest global development trends.
In the initial phase of implementation, we have built the Thai Hung electric vehicle factory in Thai Binh province with a production capacity of 5,000 electric cars and 10,000 electric scooters per year. Currently, we have started producing limited off-road electric vehicles and are in the process of completing the assembly plant for small electric cars. The entire factory is expected to be inaugurated and operational by the third quarter of 2024.

Salary negotiable based on ability (25-50 million VND) + bonus based on yearly results.
