Core Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and optimise campaigns across all paid and organic digital channels, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, affiliates, and others.
• Conceptualise and execute all social media campaigns on Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns, including A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and landing pages, to ensure revenue maximisation and cost minimization.
• Work cross-functionally with business, product, tech, operations, and social to optimise programmes, campaigns, and landing pages based on real-time performance and ROI goals.
• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation.
• Lead all efforts related to SEO for redBus Vietnam, while working with the team in India.
• Execute and manage all paid media campaigns directly and in alignment with internal stakeholders.
• This will be an Individual contributor role
Technical Skills
• 2 - 5 years of hands-on campaign and budget management experience with high-growth consumer tech startups, / ecommerce companies, / digital marketing agencies
• Proven experience in running performance campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPT, etc.) and display campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube, Bing, affiliates, and ad networks
• Experience with tools including Google Adwords, Keyword Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads/Business Manager, YouTube Ads, DV360, Branch/AppsFlyer and others
• Prior experience in app marketing will be highly preferred.
• Prior experience in Social Media marketing and SEO will be highly preferred.
• Experience running programmatic, reach, frequency/awareness based campaigns across digital channels would be a plus.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing. Proficiency in performance marketing channels and user acquisition KPIs
• Previous experience working with ecommerce companies / marketing agencies
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid search marketing and app acquisitions for the Vietnam market
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and derive meaningful insights using Google Analytics and MMP for mobile app acquisitions
