In this role, the responsibility will be planning, implementing, and evaluating plans for boosting sales to achieve the ambitious expansion goals.
Key responsibilities:
• Formulate sales & distribution strategies and tactic plans towards the sales objectives and maximize revenue performance.
• Drive the sales team to achieve the sales target and enhance the work efficiently with trade partners.
• Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports to track and measure performance.
• Service existing portfolios or accounts to maintain and grow the value.
• Make sales visits to clients to conduct presentations, and seminars, and provide updates on products and services to enhance sales opportunities and facilitate sales.
• Seek ways to improve the quality of the revenue generated by the portfolio.
• Help to negotiate discount rates, commissions, and contracts in a timely manner to ensure the best return on investment.
• Initiate and follow up on sales team actions, obtain sales leads and seek new business.
• Monitor the effectiveness of incentive/discount schemes by conducting regular and timely performance reviews to maximize available and potential sales opportunities.
• Support new business development and help to improve revenue.
