Performance Excellence Leader

The Facility Performance Excellence (PE) Leader role is designed to coordinate and lead the facility implementation of the PE system which is a Project Readiness deployment into the ADM organization. Alignment with the global ADM PE philosophies while executing and sustaining the engagement is key to success. This position requires a leader that can facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and “ever changing” environment leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Key to success in this position is the ability to work within and across the site as well as with external stakeholders creating value and buy-in as a key change facilitator for the Performance Excellence System facility deployment.
Your Responsibilities
1) Align with strategic objectives for the Organization/Business Unit/Division/Functional Area/Plant and execute PE to accomplish them
2) Understand tools and methodologies aligned to PE
3) Coordinate local PE practitioner(s) agenda(s)
4) Review of trip reports with the PE practitioner(s)
5) Ensure visibility of cost and savings model ROI and the delivery of the expected savings at the Site Level.
6) Lead the site Steering Team
7) Coach and develop pillar teams
8) Coordinate implementation gap analysis and manage execution of actions
9) Work closely with PE practitioners to support implementation
10) Responsible for successful implementation of PE on the site
