Business Requirements
1. Qualification
Graduated from University with major in Banking, Finance, Foreign Trade; Economics or economic-related disciplines
2. Work Experience
Experience in Sales, Finance, Audit or other relevant business sector
3. Knowledge
Preferably Financing, Banking or Economics
4. Skills
Assisting line manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
Analytical, problem-solving; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
Conducting employee performance review
Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission
Interpersonal, good communication
Ensuring company policies be followed
Completing tasks assigned by the manager accurately and efficiently
Participate in recruitment process
Integrity, innovative, customer-oriented, collaborative
Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a diversified group of individuals at organization levels
Can work under pressure in fast-paced environment either independently or in a team
Confident, aggressive and have a flair for task management
PC proficiency and good organization skills
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
