Monitor Department KPI: Inventory level ( FG Inventory, RM Inventory ; Non-Moving Inventory & Excess Inventory) ; Delivery on time & Standard Leadtime...
Manage Planning job and build up Planning Master plan ( Main section: Raw Material Plan & Production plan )
Update & analyze Sales Forecast & Production capacity .
Lead projects about trial and develop new material, new products & improvement quality ...etc
Build up planning system
Solve daily issue to ensure production to optimize production efficiency and delivery on time
Prepare report as BOD request
Keep communication with all departments to update all information.
Do training for lower planning grade.
