- Lead and coordinate the production planning team, including task assignment, performance evaluation and employee development.
- Monitor production performance in order to support the identification of bottlenecks and to develop solutions that maximize efficiency and improve lead times.
- Closely collaborate with the procurement department to ensure smooth material flow and timely availability of materials.
- Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements, considering resources, capacities, quantity and delivery deadlines.
- Management of team communication and cross-functional communication with other departments, ensuring the continuous flow of information.
- Communicate with other departments such as sales, manufacturing and logistics to ensure production plans align with customer requirements.
- Ensure continuous update of the used, controlled documents within the department.
